pocky & zines

what is it: Portland’s first AAPI mental health zines event , featuring 23 local AAPI creatives and businesses and 3 interactive workshops
my role: everything
funded and sponsored by: RACC, Uwajimaya, PCC Libraries

i had grant money to organize a public event, so i decided to create pocky & zines from scratch. All poster designs, event coordination, sponsorships and partnerships, merch design, volunteer and vendor management, and social media marketing was done by me. This was completed in about 4 months.
