Bud the Buddy is on a brave adventure.
This is Bud the Buddy. Buddy says hi!
You will be joining Bud on a brave adventure.
To reach the bottom of the box.
The Community Garden.
To reach the Community Garden, you two must travel through the next five boxes,
and gather the knowledge of the Serenity Seeds and unlock the door to the Community Garden.
This is indeed, a brave adventure for brave friends.
The bravest adventure comes with fun virtual activities
“I love that the buddy is customizable and the fact that you follow the arc of grief in its many stages through the boxes. I also love the digital extension.”
- Vice President of Sesame Ventures of Sesame Workshop
“I like that there’s lots of stuff to do... it takes longer and makes it more fun to unlock.”
- third grader
“It’s a smart move to focus on empathy, mindfulness, and responsiveness, and [bLOSSom] nails this.”
- Senior Director of Creative Development at Sesame Workshop
“I really like the personified characters because it normalizes the emotions kids might be having in a safe way.”
- K-8 school counselor
“I love the garden metaphor of regrowth from dead material and the cycle of life. I also love the keys, which add a sense of adventure, and the physical doll to hold onto.”
- Founder and Executive Director of Guardian Adventures
“...a special shoutout to the design of your proposal. It’s great that you incorporated light-hearted graphics into the text, where they help to convey your ideas while also providing visual relief...given the essentially grim nature of the challenge you are addressing, these simple and colorful images are especially effective.”
- Faculty Co-Chair of LDIT program at Harvard Graduate School of Education
